AE - Sales Leader (Full-Time)

YOUR ROLE As the full‑time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by rocking strong LOD shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You manage daily store operations as needed, train, motivate, and celebrate associates, and drive powerful sales results. You represent the company values and bring your real self to work each day. RESPONSIBILITIES Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and sales‑floor productivity, building guest loyalty through best‑in‑class in‑store experience and supporting leadership to achieve KPI results. Motivate and inspire the team through core values, role‑model leadership, and holding associates accountable to service standards on the sales floor and in the fitting room. Recruit, hire, and develop strong talent to maintain adequate staffing for business needs, and continuously train associates to deliver outstanding service and a guest‑first culture. Provide clear, attainable goals, give ongoing performance feedback, and celebrate outstanding performance to drive engagement. Execute and innovate visual & operational procedures—shipment processing, merchandising moves, visual standards—while keeping fitting rooms guest‑ready and AEO brand standards upheld. Maintain store safety, asset protection, and compliance with all policies and procedures; always act with integrity. QUALIFICATIONS Passion for AE and Aerie products. Previous retail management experience leading teams. Exceptional multitasking, attention to detail, priority‑setting, and time‑management skills. Strong business acumen.
