Machine Operator

We are looking for dependable and motivated Machine Operators to join our production team in Sanford. This is a full-time opportunity with a stable schedule and on-the-job training provided. Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machines Read work orders, blueprints, and diagrams Inspect parts using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers Make basic machine adjustments as needed Maintain quality and safety standards Keep work area clean and organized Qualifications Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and math skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Forklift or other industrial equipment experience is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling Ability to lift more than 10 lbs regularly Required PPE Steel-toe boots required Safety glasses required Hearing protection required (provided by company) #J-18808-Ljbffr AtWork Group
