What you’ll do:Understand Construction Materials Testing Business Conduct and attend project meetings and maintain Client relationships, leverage and develop new project opportunitiesReview project setup, prepare advanced proposals for internal and external review and follow upComplete contract review and negotiationMonitor project budget and initiate change ordersReview, Prepare and Submit invoicesPerform project close out dutiesSupervise field personnelHelp with equipment issues and/or replacementAssist with lab, field and/or administrative duties as neededThis position outline is a general guideline and does not represent all encompassing details. Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in construction related field of study⁠5 years of Construction Materials Testing experienceValid driver’s license and reliable driving recordInternational Code Council and ACI CertificationsEffective communication skills (written, verbal and listening) and solid interpersonal skillsInternal PMCP completion within 6 months of hireAbility to lead and supervise othersMust be able to work off shift and overtime as neededPreferred Requirements & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in construction related field of studyIntertek: Total Quality.
