And we have fun doing it! A Day in the Life As our Irrigation Field Manager, you’ll report to the Maintenance Operations Manager in our Greater Omaha Landscape Management Branch. You’ll focus on serving our customers by keeping things sustainably watered, always with a mind to our vision to be the most loved commercial landscaping company in the Midwest. Your Impact Lead a small team by holding 1:1 meetings, modeling strong management, and sharing key information across roles and departments. Provide consistent, constructive feedback using Radical Candor and support team growth through coaching and accountability. Champion a safety-first culture by enforcing policies, training your team, and recognizing safe behavior in the field. Own the irrigation process by managing schedules, coordinating repairs, and responding quickly to client and team needs. Maintain accurate records in Aspire by reviewing time entries, material allocations, and job costs daily—no work ticket left behind.
