We're seeking an experienced Dental Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who excels at patient relations, scheduling, and practice operations. With competitive pay up to $28/hour plus bonuses, this role offers real growth potential in a supportive, locally-owned practice.

- Dentrix
- Eaglesoft
- Open Dental
2+ years dental front office experience
Proficiency with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
Strong insurance verification and billing knowledge
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
Job Description
Patient Experience
✔ Warmly greet and check in/out patients
✔ Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
✔ Verify insurance benefits and process claims
✔ Explain treatment plans and financial options
Practice Operations
✔ Maintain organized patient records (HIPAA compliant)
✔ Handle phone inquiries and patient communications
✔ Process payments and manage accounts receivable
✔ Support office marketing and recall systems
Team Collaboration
✔ Work closely with clinical staff for seamless patient flow
✔ Participate in team meetings and training
✔ Contribute ideas to improve practice operations

Monday-Thursday: 8 AM - 5 PM
Closed Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays
