Grandaisy bakery is hiring two experienced, hard-working bakers to help with the production of our award-winning bread at our TriBeCa location. We are hiring full-time and part-time bakers. The position is ideal for anyone looking to further his/her career in the NYC baking scene. Qualifications Must have five to seven (5-7) years of experience baking high volumes of bread Must be able to work well in a team-oriented environment Must be able to mix, shape and bake Artisanal Italian bread. Must have excellent organization and communication skills Supervisory experience is a plus NYC DHMH food protection certificate a plus, but not required Responsibilities Mixing ingredients in a mixer Shaping bread Loading, baking and cleaning ovens Helping other bakers maintain a clean and organized bakery environment Starting Salary $17 - $20 per hour Benefits include Health Insurance 401k plan after a year of employment Accrued paid vacation and sick time Transit checks #J-18808-Ljbffr
