Production Baker - Full-Time

She Wolf Bakery is seeking a full time baker at our Brooklyn Navy Yard location. We work exclusively with local, organic grains, and specialize in naturally fermented doughs.
The starting schedule will be Thursday through Sunday; w e offer regular schedules, but not permanent ones, so flexibility is required. This position will also require you to work weekends and some holidays. After a 90-day introductory period, all employees receive a review of their performance and rate of pay.

Have a passion for naturally leavened bread and experience in a professional kitchen setting with solid production skills and a passion for their craft. (Experience in a kitchen is preferred, but we are willing to train someone with strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency.)
