Cape Regional Physician Associates (CRPA) is seeking an energetic Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing primary care team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice within a well-established, comprehensive medical group of more than 70 providers across 13 physician offices, delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population.

Physicians in this role will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary care environment focused on delivering best-practice, patient-centered care to individuals across the lifespanfrom adolescents through geriatrics. The team works together within a progressive and responsive care delivery system designed to meet the complex and evolving healthcare needs of each patient while supporting the mission, goals, and objectives of the Health System.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who fosters collaboration and promotes a supportive clinical environment where staff are empowered to contribute to decisions that enhance patient outcomes and improve the delivery of care.

Requirements:

• MD or DO
• New Jersey medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• New resident graduates welcome
• Ability to implement effective leadership and management concepts
• Knowledge of the healthcare needs of diverse patient populations served by the Health System
• Ability to promote effective communication and strong working relationships with medical staff, departments, and team members across the Health System
