Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients, using the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to determine appropriate diagnoses and craft individualized treatment plans.

• Continuously monitor and document clients' progress, providing timely interventions and enhancements in care tailored to their mental health needs.

• Lead the development of comprehensive treatment plans alongside clients and their families, integrating cultural considerations and personal goals for effective interventions.

• Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of clinical records and reports using modern technology, conforming to regulatory health standards.
\n
• Engage in collaborative efforts with other healthcare providers, fostering a network of support for clients, and serving as a critical link between patients and additional resources.

• Mentor and educate students, interns, and new staff, sharing knowledge on effective strategies for mental health care.

• When directed by your clinical supervisor, participate in peer reviews and chart audits to promote a culture of continuous improvement among colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically focuses on outpatient therapy for individuals and families facing the emotional and psychological challenges that arise following a cancer diagnosis. You will utilize evidence-based practices to facilitate healing, resilience, and recovery, encouraging clients to express their narratives and work through feelings of anxiety, depression, and uncertainty related to their health journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
