Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, giving me firsthand experience with the business and a clear vision for the type of agency I wanted to build. Outside of work, I’m a proud parent of three kids, ages 14, 11, and 8, and my background as a college athlete has shaped the competitive, team-oriented mindset I bring to the office. Role Description As an Account Manager for Jeff Sallee - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Responsibilities Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. Qualifications Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
