Full-Desk Professional Recruiter – Trend Personnel Services (a division of TrendHR) Rockwall, TX | Base + Commission | No Draw

Trend Personnel Services is growing and looking for a true full-desk recruiter to join our team. We place professionals across finance & accounting, legal, engineering, HR, operations, and other professional disciplines throughout the DFW market — and we need someone who can work both sides of the desk: developing new client business and recruiting top talent. This is a hunter's seat. If you're the type who built your own book of business and is tired of running against a draw at a big national firm, we want to talk.

What You'll Do:

• Prospect and develop new client relationships through outbound calls, LinkedIn, and networking
• Manage full recruiting cycles from sourcing through offer and close
• Build and grow your own book of business across one or more professional verticals
• Represent Trend Personnel in the DFW market with professionalism and integrity

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of full-desk agency recruiting experience — you must have done both BD and recruiting, not just one side
• Experience placing in one or more of the following: finance & accounting, legal, engineering, HR, operations, supply chain, or similar professional roles
• Proven track record of bringing in your own clients, not just filling handed reqs
• Self-directed, metrics-driven, and comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment
