Recruiter (High Volume Manufacturing) - Rockwall, TX - RPO Consultant

This is a Remote W2 contract; there will be occasional travel onsite in Rockwall, TX for career events. You will use your strong communication, organizational and technology skills to drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to our candidates within the manufacturing industry. Required Experience Industry: 2+ years of high-volume, end-to-end recruiting experience Ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments, conducting approximately 10 screens a day while managing other aspects of the recruiting process Previous client‑facing experience Must reside around the Rockwall, TX area Education: High school diploma or equivalent Nice to Have Education: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree Workday experience is preferred Responsibilities Drive all aspects of recruitment for the manufacturing industry, delivering exceptional customer service to candidates Create profitable growth by hitting performance targets and putting more people to work Build loyalty and deliver top‑notch service leading to strong client and candidate satisfaction ratings Location and Travel Remote (W2 contract). Occasional onsite travel to Rockwall, TX for career events. Must reside within the Rockwall, TX area. Salary and Incentive Salary: $30–33 per hour. Not incentive eligible.
