Who You Are As our HVAC Sales Manager , you will play a key role in providing sales training for our HVAC team while managing day-to-day metrics. This role is ideal for hands-on leaders with expertise in home services who thrive in a fast-growing, high-performance environment. Essential Job Functions Supervise day-to-day sales activities across the HVAC department Hire, train, and lead team members Develop and promote a culture of safety, integrity, growth, and performance Conduct team and individual performance reviews Enforce company policies and procedures Manage customer requests and resolve concerns professionally Conduct and participate in weekly sales training Stay up to date on HVAC services, products, and processes Engage customers in meaningful conversations about their HVAC systems, educating them on potential improvements, upgrades, or repairs that will benefit them in the long run Establish rapport and trust with customers by offering tailored solutions, handling objections with professionalism, and providing clear, honest advice Generate new business opportunities through customer referrals, follow-ups, and actively seeking potential service or upgrade opportunities while on the job Work closely with our trades managers, dispatchers, and sales teams to ensure timely scheduling and seamless follow-up on leads or job opportunities Meet and exceed personal sales goals while maintaining high standards of technical service Essential Job Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to adequately perform each essential duty. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent 2+ years in a management role 2+ years in a sales-related role Proven experience hitting and exceeding sales metrics Strong sales, customer service, and closing skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Assertive and confident personality Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks accurately Commitment to company values Basic computer skills Reliable and punctual attendance Fluent ability to speak, read, and write in English Preferred Qualifications ServiceTitan experience Home services experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) HVAC license or certification Compensation & Hours Pay: $150,000+ (Base + Bonus) Schedule: Monday - Friday Benefits Medical, Prescription, Dental, and Vision Insurance Disability and Term Life Insurance Matching 401(k) Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) Candidates must successfully pass a drug test and background check.
