Responsibilities and Duties
· Have the desire & ability to work during inclement weather, hot or cold days, and maintain a steady work pace throughout the entire day.
· Have knowledge of correct use of basic landscape & hardscape tools
· Can perform simple day-to-day duties with little assistance
· Know how to correctly install mulch, stone, fabric, edging or other preparation requirements of landscape beds
· Understands basic process for installing hardscape (patios, steps, walls, etc.)
· Clean out truck & trailer at end of every day
· Defer all client project questions/concerns directly to Crew Leader in a timely fashion
Qualifications and Skills
· View, comprehend & pass safety training required for job.
· Ability to multi-task efficiently
· Adapt quickly to changing circumstances
· Ability to act and communicate professionally
