Blackbird Health is seeking an experienced Contract Clinical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Team, specifically focusing on Specialty Services . In this role, you will lead recruiting for specialized clinical professionals, including Neuropsychologists, Occupational Therapists (OT), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP), Autism Evaluators , and other clinical specialists.

You'll leverage your deep understanding of multidisciplinary pediatric care, specialized clinical licenses, and diagnostic assessment workflows to build robust candidate pipelines and deliver exceptional recruiting outcomes in a fast-paced startup environment. This fully remote role reports directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

• Specialty Clinical Sourcing Specialist: Deep knowledge of specialty pediatric credentials (Neuropsychologists, OTs, SLPs, Autism Evaluators) and state licensing frameworks.
• Startup-Ready: Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable managing shifting priorities in a high-growth, remote environment.
• Data-Informed & Tech-Savvy: Experienced using ATS and CRM tools ( Greenhouse & Gem preferred ) to manage pipelines efficiently.
• Authentic Communicator: Exceptional relationship builder who engages specialized clinical professionals with empathy and clarity.

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own end-to-end recruitment for specialized clinicians, from passive sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and pre-credentialing onboarding.
• Targeted Specialty Sourcing: Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using healthcare job boards, specialized professional networks, state licensing databases, and AI sourcing tools.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate closely with clinical leaders in Specialty Services to understand role requirements, evaluation tool proficiencies (e.g., ADOS-2), state scope-of-practice regulations, and market nuances.
• Pipeline Analytics: Track key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pass-through rates, channel yield) in Greenhouse and Gem to optimize pipeline performance.
• Candidate Experience: Deliver a transparent, human-centered candidate journey that reflects Blackbird's mission and values.

• 3+ years of full-cycle clinical recruiting experience sourcing licensed clinicians, with dedicated experience recruiting specialty providers (e.g., Neuropsychologists, OTs, SLPs, or Autism Evaluators).
• 1+ years of experience in a startup or fast-scaled environment.
• Proven track record utilizing niche healthcare sourcing channels, state licensing databases, and specialized professional associations.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and CRM systems ( Greenhouse and Gem preferred ).

• Role Type: Contract (3-month minimum, 40 hours per week)
• Location: 100% Fully Remote

$50—$50 USD
