Director of Creator Partnerships

Jersey City, NJ | Hybrid — three days per week in office

$125,000–$155,000 base salary depending on experience.

XMONDO Hair is looking for a Director of Creator Partnerships to turn creators, affiliates, and live shopping into a major driver of growth.

This person will lead our creator strategy, own partnership budgets, and spearhead the growth of TikTok Shop and TikTok LIVE. You’ll identify new opportunities, build high-impact relationships, and decide where we invest to drive awareness and sales.

You’ll manage and work alongside our Influencer Marketing Manager, helping expand our creator network and significantly increase outreach. We’re looking for someone who can set a clear direction, make smart commercial decisions, and stay hands-on in building the business.

• Develop and lead the creator and affiliate growth strategy for XMONDO Hair, with clear goals for revenue, profitability, and creator network growth.
• Spearhead TikTok Shop as a sales channel, owning the strategy across affiliates, shoppable creator content, LIVE, and platform opportunities.
• Build and scale our TikTok LIVE program, including the host roster, programming, production support, and sales performance.
• Own creator and affiliate budgets, adjusting spending, commissions, and partnership investments based on results.
• Build relationships with TikTok, creator agencies, talent managers, and external partners who can help accelerate growth.
• Identify and negotiate major creator partnerships and develop successful collaborations into longer-term relationships.
• Significantly expand creator outreach alongside our Influencer Marketing Manager, with the goal of doubling or tripling output while maintaining creator fit and personalized communication.
• Personally recruit priority creators and affiliates, while building the tools, processes, and additional support needed to reach more potential partners.
• Manage and develop our Influencer Marketing Manager, setting priorities and helping remove obstacles to execution.
• Create a clear path from initial outreach and product seeding to active partnerships, consistent content, and repeat sales.
• Partner with our paid media team to identify creator content worth investing behind and secure the rights needed to scale it.
• Work with our Product Marketing Manager to build creator and TikTok Shop plans around launches and major campaigns.
• Track performance and turn results into clear decisions about what to expand, improve, or stop.

• You have significant experience growing creator, influencer, or affiliate programs for a consumer brand.
• You have hands-on experience with TikTok Shop and a track record of driving measurable sales through creators.
• You understand how to build and grow live shopping programs, including hosts, programming, operations, and performance.
• You are comfortable owning budgets, forecasting results, and shifting investment based on revenue and profitability.
• You can negotiate partnerships and commission structures that work for both the brand and the creator.
• You know how to scale outreach and creator recruitment without sacrificing the quality of relationships.
• You are willing to personally source creators, open doors, and close partnerships.
• You can lead and support an existing team member while giving them clear ownership of their work.
• You combine commercial thinking with strong creative judgment and an understanding of TikTok culture.
• You take ownership, move quickly, and bring new opportunities forward without waiting for direction.
• Beauty or hair experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
• You do not need to currently hold a director title. We’re open to an exceptional senior manager who is ready for greater ownership.
