In this role, you will: Build and lead a dynamic program of recreational, educational, cultural, wellness, and fitness for social and community events from concept to completion. Guide resident committees (Social Activities, Public Affairs, Education, Library, Garden). Oversee a robust fitness and wellness program—group fitness, aquatics, dance, strength, and personal training. Coordinate outings, guest speakers, entertainers, and community partnerships. Promote programs through digital platforms, calendars, and information flyers. Provide AV, video and tech support for community events and programs. Recruit, train, and lead a team of wellness staff. Manage budgets and maintain program records and metrics.
