Express Employment on 61st and Center is currently recruiting for an Assistant Project Manager for a local construction company in Omaha, NE!
Position Details:
• Type: Evaluation Hire
• Schedule: 7am-5pm
• Location: Omaha, NE
• Pay/Salary: $35/hour
Job Duties:
• Assist Project Managers with daily project tasks and administrative duties.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to support project objectives.
• Conduct and participate in project safety meetings and promote construction safety best practices.
• Develop, update, and track project schedules.
• Prepare, submit, and review project submittals and related documentation.
• Manage project correspondence, reports, forms, and documentation between subcontractors, owners, architects, and engineers.
• Support onsite Superintendents with scheduling, coordination, and management of construction activities.
Requirements:
• Must be willing to travel to project sites using a personal vehicle.
• Ability to work a standard 40-hour workweek, with occasional overtime as required.
• Must be able to pass a background screening for work in highly secure facilities and restricted-access areas.
• Ability to manage other employees.
