Plasma Center Operations Lead - Training, Quality & People

Jobtailor is seeking a Donor Center Supervisor to oversee all center operations in the absence of the Center Manager. You will lead staff, ensure training and quality goals are met, and drive efficiency. You will coach employees, monitor performance, and participate in budgeting with the Center Manager.
