Apartment Maintenance Technician II

Qualifications Must-haves: Excellent resident/customer experience skills Positive attitude Eagerness to learn Efficiency Sense of humor On-call availability Weekend availability Strong customer service skills Understanding of basic home maintenance Preferred schedule: Tuesday-Saturday Great-to-haves: Experience in commercial or residential real estate, property management, retail, hospitality, construction, or renovation Trade skills in general construction, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, HVAC, or groundskeeping Compensation The compensation range for this role is $19 - $24 / hour plus quarterly bonuses.
