$100,000 - $200,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in criminal defense cases, ensuring their rights are protected and upheld.
• Develop and implement strategic defense plans tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.
• Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information and provide clear, empathetic guidance throughout the legal process.
• Negotiate with prosecutors to achieve favorable plea agreements or dismissals when appropriate.
• Prepare and present compelling arguments in court, advocating passionately for clients' best interests.
• Maintain detailed case files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

• Experience in criminal defense law, with a strong understanding of legal procedures and protocols.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic defense plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Proven track record of successfully representing clients in court, advocating passionately for their best interests.
