Independent Living Specialist: Case Mgmt & Housing Advocate

Bowery Residents' Committee is seeking a full-time case manager in New York to deliver comprehensive case management for mentally ill, homeless adults. You will assist with benefits, housing referrals, and attend entitlements and housing appointments while teaching independent living skills. You will also facilitate weekly psychoeducational groups, produce progress notes and monthly reports, and participate in clinical teams and staff meetings. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bowery Residents' Committee
