Case Manager: Housing & Support Services Advocate

CAMBA is seeking a Case Manager for its Stability Supportive Housing Program in New York City. The role involves conducting intakes, assessments, service planning updates, referrals, advocacy, housing inspections and coordinating with clients and outside agencies to support housing stability and access to health services.
