IT Program Manager - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager - Hybrid for a 12+ month contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX and Pennington, NJ.

This role requires a strategic professional with proven analytical and business management skills to improve performance efficiency. The ideal candidate will be adept at decomposing complex issues, driving decisions, and developing executive-ready communications. This position involves managing organizational priorities and utilizing financial and Agile tools like Jira. The role has a hybrid schedule requirement of a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Think strategically across the organization to identify opportunities to improve overall performance efficiency
• Decompose complex issues and drive timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input and when to act independently
• Develop executive-ready communications and presentations that synthesize data and tell the story
• Develop comprehensive plans around key organizational priorities and ensure all accountable parties understand their respective roles and responsibilities

Requirements:

• Proven analytical, business management and organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive business information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and executive presence
• Advanced/Expert MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Extremely organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage and prioritize competing priorities
• Experience with financial tools
• Knowledge of Jira costing and strong proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira)
• Experience with headcount and reporting tools (e.g., Workday, HRIS, MicroStrategy)

Desired skills:

• 5 or more years of experience in business operations and management in a complex organization supporting senior leaders
• Prior experience handling multiple facets of an end-to-end business: financial management, project management, governance, operations and technology management, and executive routine coordination
• Strong analytical skills, with an investigative mindset and ability to use data to enhance efficiency and develop reporting to drive business insights
• Strong partnership and relationship management skills; ability to work and effectively communicate across functions and organizational lines/levels
• Prior experience managing multiple projects and adjusting to changing deadlines
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to present key messages, effective recommendations, and information in a clear, concise, insightful, and influential way
• Self-starter, high energy, and detail-oriented; ability to work with minimal supervision

Pay range: $52.54 - $60.54 per hour
