Description Essential Job Functions Recruiting & Strategy Lead recruiting for exempt and non‑exempt roles, including professional, technical, leadership, and niche positions Develop and execute customized sourcing strategies aligned to business priorities and workforce plans Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, and hiring timelines Proactively build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping Manage and optimize candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance Stakeholder Partnership Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices Influence and challenge stakeholders when necessary to ensure equitable, effective hiring decisions Partner with HR Business Partners, DEI, and leadership to support inclusive hiring initiatives Sourcing & Talent Branding Utilize advanced sourcing techniques across LinkedIn, ATS, and external platforms Promote employer brand through compelling outreach, candidate engagement, and social recruiting Process Improvement & Data Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, tools, and processes Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and audit requirements Other duties as assigned Other Skills & Abilities Strategic thinking and consultative mindset Strong stakeholder influence and communication skills Data‑driven decision making Excellent organization and time management High attention to detail and follow‑through Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion Physical Requirements Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of recruiting experience, including senior‑level or specialized technical roles Proven success sourcing passive candidates and filling complex or hard‑to‑hire positions Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and inclusive hiring practices Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) What Success Looks Like Roles are filled efficiently with high‑quality, engaged candidates Hiring managers view TA as a strategic partner Candidate and hiring manager experience is consistently positive and professional
