McDonald's Department Manager Up to $25 an hour

Job Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience at every visit. Some managers also lead departments, managing systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results to their teams and other managers. The Guest Service Department Manager ensures crew and managers deliver a great customer experience, that sales promotions run well, that all service staff are trained in service procedures, and that the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas are organized for optimal service. The Kitchen Department Manager guarantees the restaurant delivers high‑quality food quickly, that food safety standards are maintained, that food cost is controlled, and that all kitchen staff are trained in production procedures, including new menu items. The People Department Manager hires qualified crew, trains them effectively, and schedules them to meet sales and profit goals. This manager also ensures crew start their shift successfully and remain recognized and motivated throughout their employment. Qualifications Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Candidates should be 18 years or older, possess positive teamwork skills, and be flexible with schedules. Passion for working in the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment is essential.
