Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy to a diverse clientele, adapting therapeutic techniques to meet their unique needs and objectives.

• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate client records in a timely manner, using our EMR systems for efficient case management.

• Conduct assessments, implement treatment plans, and facilitate ongoing evaluations to measure progress and adjust interventions as needed.

• Schedule and manage client appointments, ensuring optimal time management and consistent follow-up through an updated calendar system.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will consist primarily of individuals and couples navigating end-of-life issues, grief and loss, and complex relationship dynamics. You will have the opportunity to work with clients of various age groups and backgrounds, including those experiencing emotional distress during hospice care. Establishing and nurturing therapeutic relationships with clients will be key to fostering a safe space for discussion and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n
