This role supports the mission to Share Christ Love People by applying strong project coordination practices such as effective planning and clear communication to enable teams to deliver product roadmap initiatives on time.

Responsibilities:
- Aligns project timelines with defined milestones, tracks project-level progress, monitors cross-departmental dependencies, and coordinates resources to ensure timely and successful delivery
- Ensures training and technical documentation remains on schedule by proactively coordinating with Lead SMEs, architects, and trainers
- Identify and report risks, update schedules, and organize information and resources to ensure clear escalation paths
- Prepares and communicates status reports to project team, coordinates stakeholder meetings, and ensures alignment across teams by sharing sprint details including any changes/pivots from scrum team
- Engages stakeholders and SMEs to gather, clarify, and translate business requirements into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria and measurable business value
- Align with Product Owner to define user stories for requirements
- Ensure proper adherence to contractual compliance and procedural alignment as established by the Product Owner
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of project coordination experience
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Product Suite
- Knowledge of communication best practices
- Knowledge of Project Management tools such as Wrike a plus
- Knowledge of visual aid tools
- Critical thinker with strategic mind-set
- Solution oriented problem solver
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing
- Ability to summarize complex information in organized and understandable summaries
- Ability to work independently and within teams
- Active listener that can understand and learn new processes and procedures
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent ability to collaborate and work with various teams and individual personalities
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or project management certification preferred
