Job Summary Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!) Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. Oversee the full breadth of offered programs to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym International are met Oversee training and evaluation of your fellow The Little Gym team members Being able to pitch in when needed for staff coverage Evenings and Weekends availability 30-35 hours a week You’d fit in here if… You’re totally open to being a goofball and love giving high fives. For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parents’ Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bash parties.
