Director of Maintenance Job Summary: Preferred Care MI is seeking a skilled and experienced Director of Maintenance to join our team in Saginaw, MI. As a key member of our organization, the Director of Maintenance will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the maintenance department, including scheduling, coordinating, and supervising maintenance staff Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to ensure the overall condition and safety of our facilities Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify and address any maintenance needs or issues Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination Develop and manage budgets for maintenance expenses and supplies Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards Recruit, train, and supervise maintenance staff to ensure a high level of expertise and customer service About the Role: As a Director of Maintenance, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional care to our patients.
