Business Development Program
$75k - $95kLaunch your sales career in Uline Inc.'s Business Development Program, supporting our wholesale distribution of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials. In this structured, hands-on role, you'll rotate through sales and operations, learning how to prospect, qualify leads, analyze customer needs, and support account growth. Partner with experienced managers on customer visits, proposals, and pricing, while tracking performance through CRM and reports. Responsibilities
- Complete a rotational training program across sales and operations in wholesale distribution
- Support business development managers with prospecting and lead qualification
- Analyze customer data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Assist in preparing proposals, pricing, and presentations for prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on service and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment
- Track and report key performance metrics using CRM and sales tools
- Participate in ride-alongs, customer visits, and product training sessions
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects that enhance sales efficiency
- Meet defined performance goals and development milestones within the program
