Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative

Seeking a full-time temporary Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative, who will provide essential support connecting individuals to emergency shelter and resources while working remotely from home. Key responsibilities Assist customers in both Spanish and English, addressing their needs and connecting them to appropriate resources Navigate multiple systems efficiently to provide timely and accurate support Maintain 100% attendance during orientation and training sessions, demonstrating reliability and commitment Required qualifications Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) Previous experience in a call center or customer service role Experience working remotely is preferred Proficient with technology, including a Windows 11 PC with specific hardware requirements Open availability, including weekends, is mandatory
