Property Manager Kissimmee, FL | On-Site Bullpen is partnering with a growing multifamily owner/operator seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee one of several apartment communities in the Kissimmee market. What You'll Be Doing Lead the day-to-day operations of a multifamily apartment community Manage leasing, resident services, maintenance, and administrative staff Drive occupancy, resident retention, collections, and overall property performance Develop, mentor, and lead high-performing onsite teams Manage property budgets and contribute to NOI growth Build and maintain strong vendor relationships Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing regulations, and operational standards Partner with leadership to implement operational improvements and best practices Deliver an exceptional resident experience while maintaining strong financial performance What We're Looking For Experience managing conventional multifamily communities Proven ability to lead and develop onsite teams Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and expense management Experience improving occupancy, collections, and resident satisfaction Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with property transitions or operational change management Experience using Entrata or other leading property management software Experience with AI-enabled leasing or resident engagement platforms Spanish-speaking abilities are a plus Existing vendor relationships within the Central Florida market Why Join?
