What matters most is your service mindset and attention to detail.* High school diploma or equivalent required* Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach* Ability to learn new technologies quickly* Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred* Past cashier experience preferred* Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable* Process-driven with the ability to follow procedures in an efficient, consistent way* Past online ordering experience a plus* You have the ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periodsWe are committed to offering competitive pay that reflects market standards and ensures consistency within our organization.This job has a step pay plan that generally starts between the rates below with raises occurring after predetermined hours worked.
