About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Strategy, Growth & Operations to play a pivotal role in leading the organization's strategic initiatives, driving growth, and enhancing operational capacity. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, working closely with the CEO to develop and execute organizational strategy and priorities. This role demands a strategic and collaborative leader with a proven track record in identifying and implementing growth opportunities, strengthening organizational systems, and building leadership capacity. Key responsibilities include providing executive oversight of programs and services, leading significant organizational changes, and establishing and monitoring KPIs to ensure continuous improvement. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years of leadership experience in operations, programs, organizational strategy, or business growth. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in managing complex operations, multiple programs, and multidisciplinary teams, as well as a working knowledge of financial considerations related to organizational growth. Experience in a mission-driven, nonprofit, public health, or human services environment is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, a growth orientation, strong operational leadership, and a commitment to the company's mission and core values. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems is essential, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities and travel as needed.
