Responsibilities Delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest complaints, process reservations and check-ins, and other front desk agent duties as required Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management Make sure every hotel guest has a pleasant stay Process additional administrative, bookkeeping. and accounting procedures as required Verify, audit, and reconcile all financial records such as room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, final bill preparation, room charges, and occupancy percentages Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred, but not required Flexible overnight hours are required Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired Excellent customer service and communication skills are required Compensation $15 - $17 hourly About Crowne Plaza Houston Med Ctr-Galleria Area, an IHG Hotel Located on the Southwest Freeway, between downtown and The Galleria, Crowne Plaza Houston Med Ctr-Galleria Area is a contemporary-styled hotel with innovative spaces and rooms for work-life balance.
