Location Miami Gardens, FL — D3; 16000 NW 49th Avenue, Ste B, Hialeah, Florida 33014 Pay $18 — $20 per hour, plus up to $2,500 through performance bonuses. They also support the team by accurately receiving and pulling orders in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Establish relationships with customers by assisting walk‑in and phone customers, representing the company professionally. Process, pull, and distribute customer products quickly and efficiently. Handle questions and complaints in a timely, professional manner. Accurately enter sales orders to generate invoices and secure payment or obtain credit authorization per company policy. Evaluate and determine disposition of warranty items handled at the counter per manufacturer’s warranty policy and customer needs. Estimate delivery dates to customers based on vendor production and delivery schedules. Assist in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties. Communicate positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers, and customers to coordinate deliveries/pick‑up. Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, maintain certification, perform vehicle safety checks, and report discrepancies to supervisor. Assist in keeping the facility clean, neat, safe, and operating efficiently. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. One or more years of related inside sales experience preferred. Ability to maneuver heavy objects, some up to 100 pounds. Strong counter presence and ability to deal directly with customers for most of the day. Strong customer‑service attitude. Good computer skills, including MS Office programs. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment dealing with inventory, product allocations, and customer issues. Familiarity with a related product line such as pool supplies, parts, chemicals, or pool construction helpful. Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
