Pfizer seeks a Senior Oncology Account Specialist to promote its oncology product portfolio to healthcare providers and institutions, educate the clinical community on appropriate product use, and manage high-value customer accounts across Washington and Idaho territories.
Responsibilities
- Promote Pfizer's oncology product portfolio to healthcare providers, specialists, and institutions
- Educate healthcare professionals on appropriate use of Pfizer products and disease management
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account management plans to drive product demand
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, prescribers, and institutional customers
- Assess customer needs and address them with targeted solutions and company resources
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or associate's degree with 8+ years experience; high school diploma with 10+ years relevant experience
- Minimum 4 years pharmaceutical sales or oncology healthcare professional experience with key opinion leaders
- Valid US driver's license with clean driving record; ability to travel domestically overnight
- Demonstrated success in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare professional engagement roles
- Proficiency with complex digital applications and scientific communication skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to learn technical product and disease information
Compensation: $108,600–$250,700 base salary annually, plus sales incentive bonus
