We are currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to fill per diem shifts in Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care Facilities throughout Colorado Springs and surrounding areas.

Whether you're looking to pick up extra shifts or create a fully flexible schedule, we have openings available NOW!

Shifts Available

Day, Evening, and Night Shifts

8, 10, and 12-hour shifts

Weekdays and Weekends

You choose your own schedule!

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive nursing assessments

Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as ordered

Monitor residents conditions and respond to changes in status

Provide wound care and other skilled nursing interventions

Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

Ensure compliance with state and facility regulations

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of care

Requirements

Active RN License in Colorado (Required)

Minimum 1 Year of Recent RN Experience (Skilled Nursing or LTC preferred)

Current BLS/CPR Certification

Recent TB Test

Must pass background screening
