Operations SupervisorThe Operations Supervisor will provide leadership for a manufacturing team with respect to effective cost management, ensuring a safe workplace, meeting environmental and health responsibilities, ensuring the right to operate, manage and develop people, operating efficiency, meeting business commitments in an environment of continuous improvement and maintaining positive community relations. Bachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline (Chemical Engineering preferred), or a high school diploma/GED with relevant manufacturing experience. A minimum 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience required. Knowledge of manufacturing techniques including plant operations Management and leadership skills Analytical and decision-making skills Interpersonal and labor relations skills. Interfacing skills at all levels, as well as with external contacts and customerPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE) & Physical Demands: PPE: At ICL, maintaining a safe and healthy workplace is a top priority. Employees are required to wear appropriate PPE based on the task and environment. This may include safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, face masks, and, when necessary, full hazmat suits with respirators. Adherence to PPE protocols ensures the safety and well-being of all team members. Position also requires the supervisor to be SCBA trained and clean shaven. Physical Demands: Ability to regularly move and/or lift up to 50 lbs, wear appropriate PPE, and climb stairs and/or ladders
