The firm's litigation team handles significant and challenging cases across federal and state courts, arbitration tribunals, and administrative bodies nationwide. What They Are Looking For 3-6 years of general commercial litigation experience Top academic credentials and JD from an accredited law school Comfortable managing a diverse caseload with a high degree of independence Strong motion practice: motions, briefs, pleadings, and legal memoranda Experience managing all aspects of discovery including e-discovery strategy Deposition experience (taking and defending) Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills $235,000 - $305,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
