Senior Finance Manager OTTAVA US Commercial Revenue Accounting

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Finance Manager for OTTAVA US Commercial Revenue Accounting to lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and operations for the US Commercial organization. The role reports to the Finance Director and serves as a strategic business partner to commercial leaders in Santa Clara, CA or Cincinnati, OH.

Responsibilities

Lead forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and monthly financial review cycles
Deliver quarter close reporting, performance analytics, variance analysis, and executive insights
Establish and maintain commercial finance governance ensuring accuracy and transparency
Evaluate business performance with cross-functional partners to support operational decisions
Develop business cases for strategic investments, launch activities, and commercial initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
6+ years progressive finance, accounting, FP&A, or commercial finance experience
Demonstrated expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
Knowledge of ASC606/842 revenue recognition standards
Understanding of SOX compliance, audit processes, and financial controls
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and financial planning system experience
