About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to drive revenue growth from new customers and existing accounts. The role includes developing and executing sales and account plans, identifying target health systems, qualifying prospects, and independently generating leads. Responsibilities also include preparing presentations, pricing and contract proposals, coordinating responses to requests for proposals, and negotiating and closing complex deals. The successful candidate will collaborate with client success and business leaders to expand existing accounts and build relationships with hospital executives. Candidates should have at least 10 years of outside sales experience in healthcare revenue cycle technology or services, a bachelor’s degree, and a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. They should be skilled at independently generating leads, building executive relationships, and negotiating deals exceeding $1 million, with familiarity with revenue cycle challenges and a strong network among hospital leaders. Excellent communication, executive presence, persistence, and the ability to convey value to diverse stakeholders are essential. Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office applications, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is required.
