Assist with daily living tasks - personal care, meal prep, and nutrition - ensuring clients live comfortably and confidently. Provide safe mobility assistance, including hoist transfers and manual handling. Support individuals with complex needs in a safe, respectful way. Keep accurate records and progress notes, ensuring continuity of care that enhances client experiences. About You You're warm, approachable, and genuinely passionate about helping others create meaningful moments. You take pride in the quality of care you provide, are a strong communicator, and thrive both independently and as part of a team.
