ABOUT THE EMPLOYER:

Carriage House Club is a modern conception of a classic English social Club presented with a sophisticated, international elegance, luxury and an overlay of wit and whimsy that is a signature of both Palm Beach and English Club style.

• Maintain complete knowledge of the menu, ingredients, preparation method and garnishes for each menu item
• Maintain knowledge of table/seat/station numbers, room capacity, hours of operation, and proper table set up
• Able to coordinate with the culinary and operations team on menu items
• Performs opening and closing procedures including but not limited to the setup and break down of stations, side‐work, clearing tables and re‐setting tables
• Ensure that the table is marked and ready before dropping plates
• Ensure members have everything they need on the tables after delivery food
• Assist all servers, bartenders, and managers with carrying plates
• Communicate effectively and courteously with members and co‐workers
• Manage the line and work environment with compliance cleanliness standards, i.e.: finger smudges, spots, and sauce spills
• Present food to members/guests in a timely, precise, and efficient manner, in accordance with the standards
• Notify direct supervisor when applicable to assist in monitoring and maintaining the inventory of supplies
• Participate in teamwork and assist other departments when needed
• Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager

• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in jobrelated English.
• Able to lift and carry containers and equipment weighing 5065 lbs.
• Able to reach various levels ranging from overhead to the floor.
• Able to work in environments with extreme temperatures.
• Minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Certification and/or previous training in liquor, wine, and food service.
• Food handling certificate
• Certification in C.P.R. is recommended.
• Patient and friendly with demonstrated experience in problem solving.
• Must be able to multitask and work in a face paced team environment.
• Thoroughness and professionalism.
• Must have flexible schedule and the ability to assist and support all functions under their direct supervision.

Wages are based on hourly rate + gratuity
