Insurance Coverage Attorney (3+ Years) - Senior Counsel / Non-Equity Partner Track Location: Dallas, Texas A respected law firm in Dallas, Texas is seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience to join its growing team. This opportunity offers a clear path to Senior Counsel or Non-Equity Partner for the right candidate. The position is fully on-site and ideal for attorneys who enjoy working closely with clients and developing long-term professional relationships. The firm handles complex insurance coverage and defense matters and values attorneys who bring strong litigation skills, initiative, and a collaborative mindset. The role includes a 1,900 billable hour requirement and offers a competitive compensation structure with performance-based incentives. This position is on-site but has some flexibility for a hybrid schedule with senior level attorneys.
