What You'll Do:

• Assist customers with policy questions, updates, payments, and general service needs.
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups, appointment reminders, and simple outreach.
• Provide prompt, professional responses to incoming inquiries.
• Keep accurate notes and support the team with light administrative tasks.

• Prior customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
