Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

In this part-time position, you'll be the friendly, dependable voice customers count on. You'll assist with everyday questions, make small but meaningful touches that strengthen relationships, and support the agency's service operations.
What You'll Do:
- Assist customers with policy questions, updates, payments, and general service needs.
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, appointment reminders, and simple outreach.
- Provide prompt, professional responses to incoming inquiries.
- Keep accurate notes and support the team with light administrative tasks.
What Helps You Succeed:
- Warm, clear communication, and a genuine desire to help people.
- Comfort making occasional outbound calls with confidence and professionalism.
- A steady, reliable approacheven when juggling multiple small tasks.
- Prior customer service experience is helpful but not required.

My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Willowbrook, IL and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:
