Family Law Attorney - REMOTE

Looking for various levels supporting different offices. Book and CFLS not required but is a huge plus What You’ll Do: Handle a full range of family law matters — divorce, custody, support, DV, and property division. Represent clients through all phases of litigation. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements. Appear in court as needed — no daily commute to the office required. Communicate with empathy and clarity throughout every step of the case. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of family law experience Good to be a Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS) Strong knowledge of CA family law & procedures Excellent communication and case management skills Must reside in California Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 - $400,000 base . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
