Maintenance Supervisor (Apartment Community) Tustin, CA 92780 $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

Are you an experienced apartment maintenance professional ready to lead a team and make an impact? We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for a well-established 192-unit apartment community in Tustin, CA .

Position Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the community, ensuring resident satisfaction, property appearance, and operational efficiency. This role will oversee a team consisting of 1 Maintenance Technician and 1 Porter and will report directly to the Community Manager, Dulce .

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations
• Lead and mentor maintenance staff to ensure quality work and productivity
• Perform and oversee preventive maintenance programs
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building systems
• Manage work orders and ensure timely completion
• Maintain property curb appeal and community standards
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of apartment maintenance experience required
• Previous Maintenance Supervisor experience required
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
• HVAC Certification preferred, but not required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
